Sign up for the International Summer Academy Alden Biesen through this online registration form, where you can choose from the tracks offered, as well as the accommodation and catering options. The QR code below leads to the same form.

Participation Fees & Optional Extras

Participation fee Summer Academy Alden Biesen 2026

  • Participation fee as a choir member, chamber choir member*, or actively participating conductor*: € 450
  • Participation fee as an observing conductor: € 350

* These tracks are subject to a selection procedure. Send your application by email first, as explained on the Programme page.

Accommodations & Catering

When signing up for the Summer Academy Alden Biesen, you can choose to stay on-site in the Land Commandery Alden Biesen for the duration of the course.

  • Single room, breakfast included: € 90 per night
  • Double room, breakfast included: € 100 per night

Also additional meals can be arranged:

  • Lunch (bread meal): € 16 per meal
  • Dinner (2-course hot meal): € 23 per meal

These prices may be subject to indexation in the event consumption prices should rise considerably.

In addition to staying on-site, there are a number of alternative locations in the neighbourhood where you can spend the night. An overview of the options available can be found at www.visitbilzen.be/overnachten. These cannot be booked through our web form, participants should make arrangements themselves directly with the accommodation.

Payment & Cancellation

For a registration without accommodations or catering:

  • Please transfer a deposit of € 200 to bank account number BE45 0013 3152 7989 (Bachacademie Alden Biesen). Your registration will only be considere final when payment has been received.
  • In the event of a cancellation before July 15, 2026, the entire deposit will be refunded.
  • In case of a cancellation on or after July 15, 2026, the deposit is non-refundable.

For a registration including accommodations or catering:

  • Please transfer a deposit of 40% of the total amount to bank account number BE45 0013 3152 7989 (Bachacademie Alden Biesen). Your registration will only be considered final when payment has been received.
  • In the event of a cancellation before July 15, 2026, 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • In case of a cancellation on or after July 15, 2026, the deposit is non-refundable.
